What the app does – and doesn't
Frost Tonight estimates the risk of ground frost at your plants from public weather forecasts. It is an estimate, not a measurement, and forecasts are sometimes wrong. We do our best, and the app shows you how often it has been right in your garden, but we cannot guarantee a warning before every frost. Use your own judgement for plants you cannot afford to lose.
Subscription
Frost Tonight is a yearly auto-renewing subscription bought through Apple's App Store, with a free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the end of the trial and at each renewal unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. You manage and cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules.
The subscription is subject to Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement.
Weather data
Forecasts come from Open-Meteo and national weather services. We do not control their availability or accuracy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage to plants or property resulting from a missed, late or incorrect warning, or from the app being unavailable.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
